experience in Banking and Non-Banking Finance Companies (NBFCs)
in India and Middle East. Prior to Joining ISFC, Anand was an
Associate Director in Gray Matters Capital Managing the entire
Operations of Affordable Private School Replication Units
EdFina-MFB in Africa and Taaleem Finance Private Limited in
Pakistan.
He has handled multiple responsibilities under highly competitive
and challenging environments and his experience ranging from new
market identification, Market analysis, setting up Banking and
NBFC operations, outstanding talent in Business Development,
Product Policy development, Credit Underwriting, Recruitment and
training, Leadership capabilities and team management skills. He
is a passionate, dynamic leader and has hands on experience of
the field which enables him to develop a good rapport with his
staff and most importantly the clients.
Nishi Sharma is a Chartered Accountant and M.Com
with over 15 years of experience in BFSI segment. She Joined ISFC
in October 2019 as National Head- Credit from Religare Finvest
Ltd where she had handled credit, risk & business for over 7
years across the country and her last role was Senior Vice
President & Zonal Head. Prior to this, she has worked with
Dhanlaxmi Bank and ICICI Bank, handling credit, underwriting and
risk functions. She holds a key role in re-engineering the entire
policy, process & underwriting framework in ISFC.
Vipul brings in over 25 years of experience in
the NBFC industry,
holding key roles in fundraising, treasury, and investor
relations. An alumnus of Mithibai College of Commerce, Science
and Arts, he is a Chartered Accountant and pursued an executive
program in ‘FinTech and Blockchain Management’ from IIM Calcutta.
As a Chief Financial Officer, he has successfully managed the
public and private placement of non-convertible debentures while
raising funds from diversified sources. He was associated with
organisations such as Mannapuram Home Finance Ltd, JHP
Securities.
Shanker, has rich professional experience of 16
years in Operations, Customer Service & Leadership roles. He is
MBA from Osmania University, Hyderabad. He has expertise in
Operations, People Management, Process setup, Audit and
Compliance, Vendor Management & Payment Management. He is well
versed with the Life Cycle of Retail Asset Products and with
thorough knowledge of operations of the Asset Products.
He was associated with organisations such as ICICI Bank, Axis
Bank and Piramal Capital & Housing Finance LTD at various levels.
Mr. Gopikumar is a highly experienced banker with over three decades of experience in leading banks like Indian Overseas Bank, ICICI Bank, Dhan Laxmi Bank and Mashreq Bank. A Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers & a CDCS professional (A certification jointly awarded by The Chartered Institute of Bankers, London and International Financial Services Association), he is a graduate in Commerce from Calicut University. In ICICI Bank, he has handled overseas assignment as Head- Financial Institutions and Trade Finance of ICICI Bank, Bahrain which is major Trade and Financial Institutions hub for ICICI Bank’s international business. Mr. Gopikumar had played significant role in resources raising for ICICI Bank and Dhan Laxmi Bank during his tenure with them. His last assignments were with Mashreq Bank as Head of Marketing-India and with Essel Finance Business Loans Ltd as Chief Financial Officer.
