Srinita is a seasoned alternative finance leader specializing in sustainable impact investments. As Senior Investment Manager, she focuses on debt financing that enhances credit access, financial services, upskilling and inclusion across Healthcare, Financial Services and Education sectors.
With 16+ years in banking, finance, start-ups, and operations, she brings versatile expertise to her role. At Gray Matters Capital (GMC), she managed Alternative Finance - Debt Strategy while also leading early-stage equity investments in education and upskilling as Investment Lead. Her portfolio includes pioneering work on early stage equity and debt investments.
At ISFC, she is building a debt portfolio which includes high impact organizations that advance both GMC and ISFC missions, creating meaningful sustainable impact.
Previously, she held leadership positions at HDFC Bank (Managed Branch Banking, AUM of $100 Mn) and Imperial Innovations Start-up Incubator in India.
Her passion for impact work was ignited during her time as a Fujitsu JAIMS Scholar in Japan, where her consulting project focused on innovative solutions, diversity, and inclusion. This commitment earned her the JAIMS President's Award on Innovation.
Srinita holds an MBA from Leeds University Business School (UK) and a CAIA certification in Private Credit, Private Equity and Capital Market Financing (Executive Program) from IIM Bangalore.

She joined Gray Matters Capital (GMC) as an Accounts Associate and has 6+ years of experience across Financial Services, Outsourcing, and Consultancy.
She began her corporate career with Atyati Technologies in the Finance team, handling revenue recognition, direct costs, and compliance. Before GMC, she worked as an Account Manager at Online Account Filing, where she led teams and provided Accounts and Tax Consultancy services to UK-based clients.
Ruchi is a semi-qualified Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Accounting Honors).
Navaneetha leads Operations Management at Indian School Finance Company (ISFC), playing a key role in strengthening operational processes, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring seamless execution.
With over 16 years of experience, she specializes in banking operations, process optimization, automation, audit management, risk governance, and stakeholder communication.
Prior to ISFC, she worked as a Deputy Manager at ICICI Bank Limited, where she honed her expertise in operations and compliance. Her passion lies in continuous process improvement, operational efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration—a drive she developed during her tenure at ICICI Bank.
